ABOUT KERA FM SOLUTION 60ML
What is KERA FM?
Introduction KERA FM SOLUTION 60ML:
KERA FM SOLUTION 60ML contains a combination of minoxidil and finasteride which helps to regrow hair. It is indicated for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia only in men in the age group of 18 to 60 years. Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is the most common type of progressive hair loss affecting approximately 50% of the male population. It should not be used by women.
It works by increasing blood flow to the hair follicles which further prevents hair loss and stimulates re-growth resulting in longer, thicker and increased numbers of hair. When applied topically, minoxidil stimulates hair growth.
Finasteride, is a specific inhibitor of type II 5 alpha-reductase, an intracellular enzyme that converts androgenic testosterone into dihydrotestosterone, the key factor in androgenetic alopecia. Application of finasteride decreases scalp dihydrotestosterone concentration in men, which may contribute to the treatment effect.
Kera FM solution is not recommended for use in pregnant women. Discuss the risks and benefits with your Doctor. It may not be appropriate if your hair loss is due to medications (such as chemotherapy) or any nutritional deficiency. You should also not use this medicine if you have high blood pressure or are using other creams or lotions to treat other scalp conditions.
